Wilson Performance Maintenance Plan
$399 per year
Two performance visits – Spring & Fall
Members receive $0 diagnostic fees on service calls while enrolled.
Each Visit Includes
- Document system health and performance readings
- Verify refrigerant charge & operating pressures
- Measure airflow and temperature split
- Inspect evaporator coil and blower assembly
- Clean outdoor condenser coil as needed
- Flush and treat condensate drain line
- Inspect electrical components, capacitors & contactor
- Tighten electrical connections and inspect wiring
- Measure motor and compressor amperage
- Inspect thermostat operation and safety controls
- Check line insulation, service valves and refrigerant caps
