Happy with our purchase. Only had it for about 10 days. Cools well, quiet and love that it has no handles for tight space. If the freezer we're on the bottom it would be fantastic!

Love the design, small footprint but huge space inside. Glass shelves easy to clean. Shelves & bins can easily be changed to fit your needs. Wish it had an accessible off switch. We use it for our summer home and have to roll out and unplug at end of the season.

Bought this because it is a Whirlpool product (my favorite brand) and it fit in the narrow space I had in my manufactured home; It keeps a steady temp, runs quietly and the handles are built in the door, reducing the outside depth; good quality for the right price.

I initially ordered this refrigerator on 7-8-2019 and it took over two months to repair and finally replace the freezer door as it leaked and frost would build up. Even then the technician had to do a lot of work on the new door to get it to seal. It is frost free now and keeps a good temperature. I like the design with no protruding handles and layout of shelving.

I got this less than a week ago to replace the one the same model I bought the end of July 2019.....which had varies problems...that one I bought to replace the Whirlpool' I bought in Sept 2017...which had factory defects which were not discovered until the warrant was over...I may be a fool to keep purchasing Whirlpool but am hoping this one which was replaced free of any charge will keep me happy for several years. I am 76 ..live alone so it's not like it gets abused . Don't have much faith in Whirlpool at this time. Can't really give an accurate rating at this time...ask me in 2 years..right now the last two Whirlpool's I have had were awful...poor workmanship and have cost me a lot.

Doors have no handles, only clumsy flanges, poor ergonomics. Freezer shelf is difficult to remove/reinstall. The middle shelf slides out and hits the light switch. The door doesn't open far enough to easily remove the shelves. The shelves in the door have to be removed to slide out the shelves in the main part. Did they even have an industrial design engineer assigned to this product?

I'm stuck with a space where I can only have a 28" wide refrigerator. I've had several over many years and finally ended up with this one. It is SO much better than any of the others I've had. Much more usable for the small space. I still wish I could have a larger one, lol, but I'm very happy with this one.

I am a big fan of refrigerators without ice makers, and these days it is hard to find a refrigerator that comes without an ice maker. The fridge shelves can be moved to a variety of heights; you're not limited to a couple options like other refrigerators. And, the small drawer that slides along the top shelf! One of my most favorite features. Only thing that I've noticed that was a bit odd: the top of the fridge, it seems as though it isn't flat - that if you store stuff on top of your fridge that it could roll off. Fine for other, square, large items but don't lay your wine bottles on their sides without a rack. That does not affect my rating, just stating the observation.

I like the refrigerator, however I have an issue with the wheels. I have to open it in a certain way, otherwise the refrigerator moves. When I mentioned it to the delivery crew they told that it would stop moving after I loaded it, but it is not the case. Any suggestions?

We use this refrigerator for additional needs because we have another larger refrigerator in the house. This refrigerator definitely serves the purpose: overflow, additional storage for drinks, etc. The refrigerator is serving the purpose for which we got it.
The only question I have is why it doesn't have a "freezer" light. The lower section does have a light but the freezer portion does not.
