Robert and Evan delivered and installed a new Bosch dish washer at our home. They were polite, friendly, professional and very careful both removing the old machine and installing the new one. They kept us informed of everything they were doing including installing a new outlet to replace the hard wiring that was used for our old dishwasher. They also ran a cycle of the washer to verify it working and no leaks. They then showed us all the controls and functions of the machine. My wife chose Wilson because of all the great reviews they have received for their service and here’s another one. Wilson AC will now be our goto company for appliances. Excellent company and personnel.

A+++++++ for Wilson appliance - Let's take a minute and realize that there are people who can sell and then there are people who want to make sure you get what you need for the right situation. This is where Ray Wilder comes in and if you have not met him then it's time. Next time you go to Wilson's appliance please look up Ray as he will make sure a discussion and proper decision is made. I am very happy with the great customer service I received from Wilson’s. One of the many great things about Wilson’s is the more personalized service you get compared to one of the big box stores. From order to shipping to delivery they are so professional. They also back up their products so if you are having a problem they go to bat for you if needed. I admire the integrity they showed me when having a problem with my refrigerator. Also want to give special kudos to Jack and the service department. They were always very courteous and helpful to me and I appreciate that. The same goes for the technicians that always went the extra mile. Going forward I will always buy from Wilson’s. You have definitely gained a lifetime customer!

I have bought several appliances from Wilson Appliances. Elliot has been my salesman. He is very knowledgeable across all the appliances and was very helpful narrowing down which appliance to purchase. He doesn’t pressure you to buy if Wilson does not have what I want. The delivery team has always been friendly and competent.

Great service. We moved to a new house from out of town and multiple big box stores failed us so I turned to a local company like I should have in the first place and they helped us immediately on short notice and did it with a smile. Great service and will buy from them again and will be my first option this time!

Thanks to Wilsons I got my fridge! After 5 failed attempts with Lowes delivery damaged refridgerators and their horrible 3rd party delivery, I tried Wilsons. This was the best decision ever! Everyone who works there is wonderful.

My refrigerator started to die. The big box stores couldn’t help me for 10- 15 days with their inventory & delivery. I walked into Wilson‘s just to see what they’ve got. They had several models in stock ready for delivery the next day. They helped me out of jam big time. Thank you.

From start to finish our experience with Wilson was top notch. We had done our research and what we wanted but had some questions! Terra was an incredible help. Provided insightful information about the fridge we wanted and helped us decide on the exact fridge we wanted! Then I found the fridge for a crazy good price and they price matched it almost exactly, which was amazing! Then there were the delivery guys! 5 stars! They were early which we appreciated, communicated so well with us and they even put the old fridge on a trucks for us so my sister to take the old fridge home. Evan and his team were efficient and professional. We would use Wilson again in a heart beat! From start to finish they take care of their customers and we had a truly incredible experience!

The entire process from my first initial phone call, down to the delivery was pleasant and efficient. Speaking with the receptionist then the salesman was smooth and easy. Delivery was scheduled quickly, within the same week. The delivery team were professional, polite, and worked quickly. Cook, a gentleman part of the delivery team did take time to answer my questions and share helpful hints that would help keeping my new appliance in Tip-Top shape for years to come. He also filled my washing machine up with a cycle of water and allowed it to drain to verify there were no leaks or issues with the new hookup. Trust and Believe I would highly recommend and will return in the future for any of my appliance needs. Thank you, Wilson AC and appliance.

Wilson is who Bosch contracted to replace the dishwasher we bought from Lowe’s that arrived broken. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and had an extra part in their truck that our contractor didn’t expect they’d need to install the dishwasher. My family has used Wilson appliance since I was a kid. They’ve always been phenomenal. Hopefully we won’t need anymore appliances for a while, but if/when we do, no question, we’ll shop through Wilson. Buying appliances through a small appliance store makes a world of difference when there are quality issues; small appliance stores like Wilson make sure you’re happy with the product and make it easy to service under warranty. By contrast, we regret getting a microwave through Lowe’s because it also arrived broken, Lowe’s has been zero help despite advertising a warranty, and we’ve had to pay $150 “shipping” for the company to service our microwave under warranty. PS Robert and Jordan who did our install were the best!

So far this company in Dripping Springs has been wonderful! So much better than dealing with the big box stores!! Delivered our refrigerator within a week and no problem at all with the install. They do their own deliveries so no third party concerns. Would highly recommend folks check them out before going through the headaches of the big box stores...you won't regret it.

We just had Jerad and John from Wilson Appliance (Dripping Springs) install 2 appliances yesterday. These 2 gentlemen did a fantastic job, definitely 5 star & white-glove. They were extremely professional with the care of the appliances and our home. As with any installation there may be challenges and we had a couple...at one point they thought they would have to come back another day to finish. However, with their expertise and knowledge, they found solutions to get the installations done perfectly. I am grateful that they were the installation team. Thanks to both of them and to Wilson Appliance.

Wilson Appliance is the number one dealer in the Austin metro area, in my opinion. We at Barley | Pfeiffer Architecture design a significant amount of client-centered custom homes and purposely encourage all our clients to buy their appliance package from them because they do such an excellent job SERVICING what they sell. They are unsurpassed in our view.
